So I just got off the phone with Brightroom Event Photography who were very helpful at the NYC Marathon Expo (when I had a credit card in my hand). I ordered the "Staten Island Package - Photo CD" for an extortionate $85.00 (discounted from $100 for a special at the expo). It has now been nearly 4 weeks since the event and I have seen no sign of my photos. The lady on the phone explained to me that the photos should now be ready to be dispatched and I should expect them in around 4-6 weeks?! What a complete joke - in this day and age, with everything being digital, you would have thought that this would take a matter of days not weeks. So apologies for the delay in getting the photos up - I know a lot of you are keen to see them - so am I!
